This is my eleventh project which is Cross Contour Smudge Tool Painting, I took this picture to my parents at Balboa Park a while ago. In this project what I did was turning a picture that I took to look like a painting by using the Smudge Tool and a small brush on Adobe Photoshop, the main point in this project is to make your picture to look like a painting.
The meta data is ISO 2000, 1/160 in the Shutter Speed and F/8.0 in the aperture.
